Finding the right specialists and executives is often challenging. It is not only the widely discussed shortage of skilled professionals that poses a difficulty, but also ensuring the right fit in terms of qualifications as well as cultural alignment between the candidate and the company.
We fill management positions with a placement guarantee in a 3-step process and tailor our services to the wishes and needs of the client (e.g., obtaining references, conducting leadership checks, etc.). Positions that are suitable for this are usually C-level positions (CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.), which are often recruited through hidden approaches, or management functions (team leader, head of, etc.).
Active sourcing focuses on proactively identifying candidates who are open to a change. This model is carried out in two steps: first, the creation of a long list of potential candidates based on predefined search criteria (research), followed by the direct outreach to all identified candidates. In this approach, the client takes over the process at an earlier stage than in a full search mandate. It is particularly suitable for positions with straightforward requirements, such as software developers.
We also support HR departments with their own recruitment activities by providing sequential assistance throughout the internal hiring process. If the number of direct applicants is insufficient, we support with research; alternatively, we assist in the screening and selection of direct applications, conduct initial interviews, summarise candidate profiles and review the selection together with internal decision-makers.

Our services are based on attractive daily rates. The packages described above (S/S+/M/L/XL) are offered at a fixed price or with a cost ceiling. In the best case, multiple candidates can be hired from a single search, further reducing overall recruitment costs.
